Our terms and conditions
1. Scope of Services: Elite Graphics is a digital creator that designs graphics for sports teams and athletes. Clients can purchase one off graphics or sign up from monthly subscriptions from a range of packages. Any graphics that are created will include the Elite Graphics logo. The company offers branding for businesses.
2. Payment Terms: Direct debits for monthly subscriptions and one-off payments need to be paid to: Elite Graphics, sort code: 04-00-03, account number: 96630467
3. Delivery and Turnaround Time: One off purchases will be aimed to be created within 7 days of the completion of the order. Graphics for monthly subscriptions will be completed the week before they are due to be uploaded onto social media. ‘The month ahead’ graphics will be completed by the first day of each month.
4. Revisions: Draft versions of graphics will be produced and sent to the client to check. They can request any changes that they wish. Once finalised, payment must be received before graphics are released to the client.
5. Intellectual Property: Any graphics produced will be owned by Elite Graphics and the paying client. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that they have copyright permission to use any assets sent to Elite Graphics to use on designs.
6. Client Responsibilities: The client is to provide details such as colours, fonts and other design aesthetics that they would like on their designs. The client can provide assets such as images and logos that they would like used within designs.
7. Cancellation and Refunds: Should a client wish to cancel a monthly subscription, an email detailing this needs to be sent to Elite Graphics and a month’s notice will be served. One off graphics will not be refunded. Payment is not expected until the client has signed a document to say they are happy with the final design.
8. Confidentiality: Only data that is required will be collected from the client and this will not be shared with any other businesses. Data will be collected in compliance with the Data Protection Act 2018.
9. Limitations of Liability: Any designs created by Elite Graphics can be freely used by the paying client. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that they have copyright permission to use any assets that are sent to Elite Graphics to use within designs. Elite Graphics will ensure that they have copyright permission for any assets that they decide to use within designs.
10. Termination: A month’s notice will be given by both parties should they wish to terminate any monthly subscription.
11. Governing Law: Elite Graphics will take great care to ensure that they follow all laws such as, Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, Intellectual Properties and Trademarks.
12. Dispute Resolution: Elite Graphics will always try to resolve any disputes with negotiation and try to avoid the involvement of any third parties.
13. Force Majeure: If for any reason there is a circumstance where Elite Graphics have missed a deadline for reasons that are out of their control they will contact the client at their earliest convenience to give them an update on when they will expect their product to be ready.
14. Changes to Terms: Elite Graphics reserves the right to update or modify terms and conditions, with notice to the client
